Handle custom SVG theming as per 2.0 spec in Singular 2.0 UI.

Currently only Kanaria's theme attributes are being handled:

data-theme_color_1, data-theme_color_2, data-theme_color_3, data-theme_color_4

but all data-* attributes should be used to process svgs
